Meet Matt
Hey, my name is Matt Nowell and I’m the founder of StoryLabs.
My story started over 25 years ago, where after studying and working in design, I took a unconventional step to leave that industry and pursue a career in Talent management.
Now after 25 years having been fortunate enough to work with some truly amazing people and organisations helping them uncover creative and innovative ways to reinvent the way they work, I've now decided to take another unconventional step in my career and start my own experience design business.
StoryLabs Creative is born out of my passion for design thinking (best change management tool, fact!) and experience design. With my challenger/creative mindset, my purpose is to help people and organisations revolutionise the way they work.
